Enter When I picked my camera back up in 2022 after I got married, I had no idea how deeply it would reconnect me to the stories, people, and places I love most. What started as a creative spark quickly became something bigger — capturing real, meaningful moments for families, couples, and growing little ones all across Victoria, BC and beyond.
If you’re new here — hi, I’m Cassandra, a Vancouver Island lifestyle photographer specializing in family, maternity, newborn, and couple sessions. My approach is all about warmth, connection, and the in-between moments that make your story yours.
My Approach: Real, Relaxed, and Heartfelt
I believe the best photos aren’t the “perfect” ones — they’re the ones that feel real. Whether it’s a toddler giggling in their parents’ arms, a couple sharing a quiet laugh, or a soon-to-be mom brushing her hair back in the wind — those are the memories you’ll want to look back on.
That’s why my sessions are relaxed and easy-going. We might take a short walk through the trees at Mount Douglas, play at the rocky beach in Cordova Bay, or chase the golden light (or soft clouds!) at Elk Lake. Every spot on Vancouver Island has its own charm — and no matter the weather, we make it work beautifully.

If you’ve ever hesitated to book a session because of grey skies — don’t! One of my favorite things about living on the West Coast is how the weather adds mood and softness to photos. Overcast skies create a natural, flattering glow — my clients are always surprised by how dreamy those photos turn out.
